Low calorie diet means low when it should be taken in moderate amounts. With fewer calories, it would even be harder for you to lose weight since you don’t have enough energy to even do simple exercises.

The important thing here is you cut back on those foods that are very high in carbohydrates but you should never forget to take the desired amount of carbohydrate intake per day. Another common weight loss myth is that you need to go to a gym in order to lose weight. There is indeed a truth in this statement between exercise and weight loss. The problem however is that, you can’t lose weight just by exercise alone, you got to have a well balanced diet to do it.
